○ Refunds 환불
1_Personal reasons, change of mind, being unsatisfied with completed work are not accepted reasons for refund request.
1_개인적인 사유, 변심, 작업물의 불만은 환불 사유로 인정되지 않습니다.
2_If you do not receive completed artwork within 14 days of commission payment, you are able to withdraw commission and be refunded all payment. However, that time limit does not apply when making changes to the final version of the artwork.
2_14일 이내 결과물을 받지 못한 경우 신청을 철회하고 환불이 가능합니다. 단, 최종 결과물의 수정과 바리에이션 작업 단계에서는 해당 항목이 적용되지 않습니다.
○ Artwork rights 권리 사항
1_The artwork can be uploaded to the seller's SNS and sponsorship sites (Such as pixiv, X, Fanbox, Patreon, etc.).
작업물은 판매자의 SNS 및 후원 사이트(Pixiv, X, Fanbox, Patreon등)에 업로드될 수 있습니다.
2_If the buyer is an individual, all rights (posting, commercial and profit-making use, etc.) are permitted except for insulting the seller. Just leave the seller's X or Pixiv link.
2_구매자가 개인일 경우, 판매자를 모욕하는 행위 외의 모든 권리(게시, 상업 및 영리 목적의 이용 등)를 허용합니다. 판매자의 X나 픽시브 링크만 남겨주세요.
